Biography
Dikko, who holds an MBA with specialization in marketing and finance, was an inaugural director LMC (Premier League), member of NFF Appeals Committee and member NFF Strategic Development Committee.
He was also a member/secretary, Ministerial Committee on Super Eagles Bonus Row and Code of Conduct Drafting- 2013.
He is also proprietor of Kaduna Professionals, who won the Kaduna State Federation Cup in 2004.

My Policy Thrust
Resolve all the Legal issues hindering the progress of our football i.e. entrenchment of the NFF Statutes as the supreme law to Govern football in Nigeria.
Strengthen the milestones achieved to date by the LMC and guaranty sustainable growth for the NPFL and its clubs, professional ownership and privatization of clubs, creation of a pyramid league and FA Governance structure, creation of Zonal FA etc so as to guarantee development at all levels.
